Create an Account with the Global Outdoors App

Before you can start building your business page or claim an existing business page, you must create a Global Outdoors account. The Global Outdoors app is available on Android and iOS devices. Once downloaded you may either login using an existing account, login with Facebook or Google, or create a new account. The instructions below detail how to create a new account on the app.

• When the app is installed (either from the Apple Store or Google Play Store), you may immediately login if you already have already created an account on the web version of the service. Simply click on the login button and enter your email and password.

• If you don’t yet have a Global Outdoors account, you can create one using your email address OR your Facebook or Google account.

• Once you have selected a method of creating an account, you will be asked to verify your email. Check your email and click on the verify link to continue.

• Click the link in your email and you will be taken to the email confirmation screen. Click on Click Here To Continue to continue.

• To finish the on-boarding process, create a username and click on the activities (tags) you are most interested in, and type in any other things you are interested in below the badges.

• Finally, please let us know how you plan on using Global Outdoors by clicking one or both of the options “Explore Outdoor Experiences” and/or “List or Promote My Business”

• Click Save Changes (you can always come back later and modify your changes).
